  • Ensure items are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, including packaging and tags.
  • We cannot accept items that don't meet these requirements.
  • To start an exchange, contact our customer service team within the 7-day window.
  • Delivery charges from the original order are non-refundable.
  • For exchanges, the shipping cost of returning the item is the customer's responsibility.
  • Any courier charges for sending the item back must be paid by you.
  • We do not cover return shipping costs, so we recommend using a reliable courier.
  • Once we receive the item and confirm its condition, we'll process the exchange quickly.
